If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons. These exceptions will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
